Joshua defines the creative vision and design language of Penny & Murphy, shaping how each project looks, feels, and tells its story. With a strong focus on details, spatial concepts, materials, color, and composition, he establishes the creative direction from the earliest concept through the final reveal.
From design development and client presentations to site visits and final styling, Joshua ensures every project reflects the studio’s distinctive point of view and meets its creative standard.

Luke Kaspar
Luke brings the studio’s designs to life through a combination of interior design, craftsmanship, styling, and visual storytelling. With a hands-on approach, he helps develop custom furnishings, architectural elements, and distinctive details that give each project its character.
From fabrication and installation to final styling and photography, Luke ensures the studio’s vision translates beautifully into the finished space—and captures it in a way that tells its story.
